"Schools of Promise sites in Syracuse look promising, program to expand next year," reads June 18, 2009 headline in City News section of Syracuse's Post-Standard. Schools of Promise (SOP) has fulfilled its initial commitment to two city schools, but will continue working there and implement the mission of full inclusion in additional city schools during the 2009-10 school year.
