SOE students are trailblazing leaders across campus! At least week's Fraternity and Sorority Affairs Greek Awards, Gabby Bianchi and Ashley Cambareri received Spotlight awards for their work and president and vice president, respectively, of Kappa Delta Pi, the education honor society. And Luke Hoffman was honored as IFC Member of the Year for his work establishing a chapter of Pi Kappa Phi, including its partnership with InclusiveU. We are SO #ProudToBeSOE
Stephanie J. Waterman ’83, G’04 will be our guest alumna speaker at SOE Convocation on Saturday, May 10. At Syracuse, she was the first Onondagan student to earn a Ph.D. (higher postsecondary education) and co-founded the Native Student Program. Stephanie is currently an associate professor at the University of Toronto, where she teaches and researches the student experience in post-secondary education and Indigenous student perspectives. We are honored to have Stephanie as our special guest to inspire and motivate the Class of 2025!
